Job Description

Lead HR activities related to plant operation, including policy design, workflow structuring, and compliance adherence.
Develop and execute HR strategies tailored to plant requirements and aligned with the organizations overall business objectivesManage end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Resolve employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and foster healthy communication channels.Ensure adherence to labor laws, environmental health & safety regulations, and corporate HR policies.Keep all statutory records updated and manage audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.Oversee the goal-setting, appraisal, and feedback processes in alignment with organizational frameworks.Monitor key HR metrics like attrition, attendance.End-to-end payroll processing for all plant employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, etc.)
