Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements. Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts.

Employee Relations

Foster a positive work environment through open communication and grievance handling. Conduct employee engagement activities and ensure high morale. Resolve conflicts and disciplinary issues in compliance with company policy.

Performance Management

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.Support department managers in goal-setting and performance evaluation.Identify and plan training and development needs.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.). Manage payroll and coordinate with finance for timely disbursement.

Policy & Strategy Implementation

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Align HR strategy with organizational goals. Support management in strategic decision-making related to human resources.

Training & Development

Organize induction and orientation programs for new hires. Conduct skill enhancement and leadership training sessions. Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

Employee Exit Process

Manage resignation, clearance, and exit interviews. Ensure smooth full & final settlements and documentation.

HR Reporting & Analytics

Prepare HR reports such as attrition rate, recruitment status, and manpower cost. Use HR metrics to assist management in planning and improvement
