1. Quality Control & Assurance:
a)Develop and implement quality inspection procedures for raw materials, in-process, and finished forged products.
b)Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for quality issues.
c)Monitor heat treatment, machining, and surface finishing processes to maintain product integrity.
2. Inspection & Testing:
a)Perform dimensional, mechanical, and metallurgical testing using CMM, hardness testers, spectrometers, and other quality equipment.
b)Analyse microstructure, grain flow, and mechanical properties of forged parts.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
a)Generate inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports (CARs).
1.Education: B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2.Experience: 03 years in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing, forging, or automotive industries. Freshers may apply
1.Familiarity with AutoCAD, and SolidWorks is a plus.
2.Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
3.Willingness to Travel: Required for supplier audits, inspections, and customer visits.
