Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals in the Ayurveda and FMCG space. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, production, sales, and marketing roles with a focus on cultural fit and skills. Onboarding & Training: Build onboarding experiences tailored to herbal wellness knowledge and FMCG discipline. Performance Management: Implement KPIs and appraisal systems suited to R&D, sales, production, and support teams. Workplace Culture: Promote Ayurvedic principles of balance and well-being in workplace wellness programs and employee engagement. Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure labor law compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops Act, etc.) and internal policy frameworks. Payroll & Benefits: Oversee accurate payroll processing and benefits administration; support incentive programs. HR Operations: Maintain HR records, manage attendance systems, contracts, and exit formalities. Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs for product knowledge, Ayurvedic principles, compliance, and soft skills. Diversity & Inclusion: Foster a respectful and inclusive culture aligned with the companys natural wellness values. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing industry. M.Com (Commerce) or MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) degree required.
