Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the recruitment process for medical professionals (doctors) in our organization. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically in sourcing, interviewing, and placing doctors across various specialties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for doctors, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Partner with medical departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, medical schools, and online platforms to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage job postings on relevant platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Review CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and skills.
  • Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment data and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with organizational policies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and internal hiring practices.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Build and maintain a network of healthcare professionals for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on healthcare or doctor recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, medical specializations, and job market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in handling full-cycle recruitment and hiring for medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and HR software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
