HR Manager - (BSFI industry)

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (Primary Responsibility – 70–80%)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), referrals, social media, and local networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with line managers
• Ensure timely offer release, follow-ups, and onboarding
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
• Build a strong talent pipeline for business requirements

HR Generalist Responsibilities (Secondary – 20–30%)

• Support employee onboarding & induction processes
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
• Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
• Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Assist in statutory and compliance-related documentation as required

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in recruitment & talent acquisition
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
• Graduates with relevant HR experience may also be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
