HR- Management Trainee

About the Role:

• The incumbent will assist in Managing HR processes such as Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition and Recruitment.
• The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves working with various internal and external stakeholders across India.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting CHRO, HRBP and HR vertical leads with various projects.
• Conducts research on a diverse range of HR issues using multiple sources; selects relevant material, analyses information and presents findings for internal review.
• Supports the development and revision of policies on the exercise of streamlining and simplification
• Assists in preparing background documentation, talking points, reports and presentations;
• Assists in designing, organising, planning and managing the collection, evaluation, analysis, compilation and reporting of HR data
• To create presentations and materials
• Shows initiative and propose new ways to coordinate and streamline the work.
• Perform other activities and special projects as assigned.
• Communication with various stakeholders and partners
• Collate best in class HR practices for benchmarking

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

• Master's degree in management, HR, or similar.
