Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive HR due diligence during Merger & Acquisition transactions, including review of employee contracts, benefits, policies, compliance risks, and cultural alignment.
  • Develop and execute HR integration strategies covering workforce transitions, rebadging, compensation & benefits alignment, and organizational design.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support employees through transition phases.
  • Provide HR expertise during deal structuring, due diligence, and transition phases, ensuring compliance with strategic deal principles and best practices.
  • Presents HR capabilities to clients as part of the sales cycle.
  • Must have Skills Preferred Rebadge Outsourcing experience or applicable HR transition experience should have minimum 10 years of Experience in HR.
  • Should have working knowledge of the M & A, strategic deal principals and processes. Experience in presenting HR capabilities to clients as part of the sales cycle.
