Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive HR due diligence during Merger & Acquisition transactions. This includes reviewing employee contracts, benefits, policies, compliance risks, and cultural alignment. Additionally, you will develop and execute HR integration strategies covering workforce transitions, rebadging, compensation & benefits alignment, and organizational design. Leading change management initiatives to support employees through transition phases will also be a key part of your role. You will provide HR expertise during deal structuring, due diligence, and transition phases, ensuring compliance with strategic deal principles and best practices. Furthermore, you will present HR capabilities to clients as part of the sales cycle.
