We Are Hiring: Head HR Operations | Coimbatore | Cybersecurity Nxxt

Are you a bold and agile HR leader with a strong grasp on Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Labor Laws, and the ability to manage and support people with clarity and confidence

At Cybersecurity Nxxt, a growing cybersecurity company based in Coimbatore, were on the lookout for a Head HR Operations to lead and strengthen our internal people operations.

What we re looking for:

5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on operations, payroll, and compliance

Deep knowledge of statutory & regulatory frameworks

Proven ability in people management, policy enforcement, and dispute resolution

Someone who is bold, agile, and can operate as a trusted partner to leadership and employees

Experience handling audits, labor inspections, PF, ESI, gratuity, shops & establishments, and HRMS systems

Location:

Coimbatore (On-site Mandatory)
