Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with factory laws, including ESI Act, Labour Welfare Fund, and other relevant regulations.
Manage attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate employee data.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
Provide support in resolving industrial relations matters within the plant.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in Factory HR or Plant HR role.
Strong knowledge of Factory Compliance, Labour Laws (ESI Act), and related regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective vendor management and employee engagement.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
