As an HR - Learning & Development (L&D) Associate at our Pune office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our employees through various training programs and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in organizing and scheduling training programs, workshops, and learning sessions. - Supporting the maintenance of training calendars and tracking attendance. - Coordinating with trainers, vendors, and employees to ensure smooth training execution. - Helping in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and feedback forms. - Maintaining training records and generating periodic reports using Excel/PowerPoint. - Collecting and analyzing post-training feedback to enhance future programs. - Supporting digital learning initiatives such as e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Assisting in evaluating training effectiveness through various assessment tools. - Contributing to employee engagement and knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Managing stakeholders effectively to ensure the success of training programs. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - BBA/Graduate in HR or a related field. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and coordination abilities. - Interest in Learning & Development/Talent Management. - A learning mindset and a team player attitude. - 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
