HR - L&D Associate

Role Overview: As an HR - Learning & Development (L&D) Associate in Pune, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of employees through training programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and schedule training programs, workshops, and learning sessions. - Maintain training calendars and track attendance efficiently. - Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and employees for seamless training execution. - Prepare training materials, presentations, and feedback forms to ensure effective learning. - Keep accurate training records and generate reports using Excel/PowerPoint. - Analyze post-training feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Support digital learning initiatives such as e-learning platforms and LMS. - Evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment tools. - Contribute to employee engagement and knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure smooth training operations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and coordination abilities. - Passion for Learning & Development/Talent Management. - A positive learning mindset and a collaborative team player attitude. - 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
