HR Female Intern Job Description :

Inventurs Cube LLP is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Female HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of Human Resources within a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and training sessions.
• Provide support in drafting HR documents, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
• Research HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform general administrative duties for the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A genuine interest in Human Resources and a desire to grow within the field.
