HR Intern – Job Description

Location: New Delhi ( Kalkaji)

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: 8,000- 10,000

Mode: On-site ( Full Time)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, from recruitment to employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
• Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records
• Support in onboarding and induction of new hires
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Coordinate with departments for attendance and leave tracking
• Help with exit formalities and feedback collection

Who Can Apply:

• Students pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / BA in HR or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Available for the full duration of the internship
