HR Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining and updating candidate records in the recruitment tracker/CRM
• Drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms
• Following up with candidates on documentation, feedback, and joining formalities
• Supporting the HR team in employer branding activities, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns
• Preparing daily/weekly reports on recruitment metrics and progress

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹10,333.81 per month
