HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the full spectrum of HR functions in a dynamic, real-world setting. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, documentation, and HR compliance.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and other departments, and you will be encouraged to take initiative and actively participate in developing a productive, professional, and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Support the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Help draft and manage employment contracts and offer letters
• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
• Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in maintaining and improving employee relations
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed
• Help organize team events, internal communications, and HR initiatives
• Assist with HR compliance and policy enforcement
• Learn and use HR tools and software
• Continuously learn and contribute to various HR projects and strategies

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
