Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
• Assist in managing employee data, documentation, and joining formalities.

Who Can Apply

• Pursuing/Completed graduation or post-graduation in HR/Management.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
