Job Description:

Valtree Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support daily operations within the Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions and administrative support in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Resume Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates from job portals and internal databases and forward shortlisted resumes to the HR Manager.

Office Expense Monitoring:Maintain records of day-to-day office expenses and assist in basic budget tracking and reporting.

Payroll & Compliance Training: Undergo training to understand payroll processing, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance procedures.

Administrative Support:Provide assistance with general office administration tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Who Can Apply:

* Students or recent graduates from HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word).

* Willingness to learn and take initiative.
