Job Description

We are a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in the F&B and hospitality industry. Our mission is to connect top talent with leading restaurants, cafés, hotels, and hospitality brands across India. We are seeking enthusiastic HR Interns to join our talent acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and update candidate status.
  • Support recruiters in managing end-to-end hiring for F&B and hospitality positions.
  • Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Work closely with the HR and recruitment team on live client mandates.

Requirements

  • Graduate / pursuing graduation (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, and the F&B/hospitality domain.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
