Job Description
Support end-to-end recruitment process for internships, fresher roles, and lateral positions
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Assist in employer branding activities (e.g., social media posts, campus campaigns)
Support onboarding and documentation activities for new joiners
Contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Familiarity with job portals or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
