Job Description

As an HR Intern at Republic Media Network located in Noida Sector-158, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the human resources field for a duration of 3 to 6 months. This internship will be conducted on-site, and candidates from Noida are preferred. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. You will also be involved in supporting the onboarding and orientation process for new employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. Furthermore, you will play a role in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
