We specialize in website and software development, digital marketing, and tech hiring for startups and enterprises globally.

Our in-house platform — SkillHub by Spacelinkers — enables candidates to apply for jobs and helps companies hire faster through a streamlined process.
We’re now expanding our recruitment operations and looking for enthusiastic HR interns to join our team.

Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you’ll be directly involved in talent sourcing, client coordination, and job promotion activities for Spacelinkers. You’ll play a crucial role in connecting companies with the right talent while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Reach out to companies, HRs, and startups to understand their hiring needs.

· Collect and document job requirements using the internal SkillHub platform.

· Post and manage job openings on SkillHub, LinkedIn, and social platforms.

· Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, job groups, and referrals.

· Review and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.

· Coordinate interviews and maintain follow-up records with candidates.

· Support in building Spacelinkers’ recruitment brand across social media.

· Maintain weekly reports of outreach, openings, and submissions.

Who Can Apply

· Students or recent graduates from BBA, MBA (HR), or related domains.

· Strong communication skills and interest in HR, recruitment, or business coordination.

· Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools.

· Eager to learn how recruitment and talent management work in a tech-driven company.

Internship Details

· Duration: 3-6 months (extendable based on performance)

· Location: Noida Sector 63 (Hybrid/WFH option NOT available)

· Stipend: ₹5,000–₹8,000/month + incentives per successful placement

· Working Days: Monday to Saturday

· Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate + Letter of Recommendation
