Job Description

You are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support the HR team, primarily focusing on recruitment and contributing to HR operations and employee engagement. This internship offers valuable experience in end-to-end hiring processes, HR coordination, and people operations. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and screening resumes and application forms from various platforms. - Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. - Posting job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social media. - Supporting in conducting initial HR rounds and collecting candidate feedback. - Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring dashboards. - Assisting in drafting job descriptions and other recruitment materials. HR Operations: - Coordinating new hire processes. - Helping organize company events, engagement activities, and career days. - Addressing basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and documentation. - Providing support in executing people engagement initiatives and internal communication. - Assisting in updating and improving HR policies and procedures. - Maintaining organized employee records and documents. Requirements: - Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. - Interest in recruitment and HR operations. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms). - Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn. - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
