HR Intern – Quant Finance Recruitment

What You Will Be Doing:

● Conducting detailed market research and talent mapping in the global Quant Finance sector ● Building and nurturing relationships with high-calibre candidates through targeted outreach, conversations, and long-term engagement strategies ● Supporting client relationship development by understanding theihiring needs and helping deliver exceptional talent solutions ● Learning how to advise clients and candidates effectively based on market insight and recruitment expertise ● Using recruitment technology, databases, and tools to manage your workflow efficiently
