About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is passionate about Human Resources and wants hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment along with exposure to core HR operations. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Major Focus)

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and departments
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities

HR Operations (Secondary Focus)

• Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Help with joining formalities and maintaining onboarding checklists
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Maintain HR reports, attendance, and documentation on a daily basis
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks

Who Can Apply:

✅ Strong interest in recruitment and operational processes✅ Good communication and coordination skills✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets✅ Ability to handle confidential data professionally✅ Prior internship or exposure in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
