Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on job portals & social media.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, attendance, and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Handle basic HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹6,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
