HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily activities. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and screening resumes
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Help maintain HR databases and records
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
• Support HR team in day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
