Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, offering an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update HR databases and records.
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Manage internal communication and coordinate with different teams as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
