Job Description

This is a remote position.

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be the engine behind every hire we make. This isn’t a “post jobs and wait” role — this is for someone who wants to learn how fast-moving startups actually find, engage, and close top talent. You’ll work directly with founders and hiring managers to build a hiring muscle that matches the speed of our growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Source, engage, and nurture high-fit talent across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and communities

  • Draft compelling JDs and role briefs with input from founders and hiring leads

  • Manage the hiring pipeline: scheduling, follow-ups, and status tracking

  • Keep candidate records sharp across ATS, Notion, and internal trackers

  • Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk outreach campaigns

  • Run experiments to improve outreach response, funnel quality, and conversions

  • Own the candidate experience — timely, clear, and human at every stage

  • Partner with product and ops to hire across multiple functions

Requirements

We’re Excited About You If…

  • You’re just starting out (0–1 years of experience) but hungry to learn sourcing and TA at startup speed

  • You can write crisp outreach and manage clean, clear follow-ups

  • You’ve played around with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Internshala

  • You’re detail-obsessed but comfortable managing high-volume pipelines

  • You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
