Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support our HR team. This role is ideal for a recent MBA graduate specializing in Human Resources who is eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and leave trackers
• Assist in payroll processing inputs and statutory documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks
• Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures

Who You Are:

• MBA in Human Resources (recent graduate or fresher)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Eager to contribute and grow within a professional HR setup
