Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to support our South Regional HR team. This role involves end-to-end sourcing, shortlisting the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand job requirements from the HR – South Regional Manager and hiring teams
  • Proactively source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals
  • Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job role fitment
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate communication skills and job alignment
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring manager
  • Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and share updates with the regional HR
  • Provide timely feedback on candidate progress and flag any hiring challenges
  • Assist in documentation and offer communication for selected candidates
