Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our HR department. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of Human Resources within a fast-growing IT company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
Post job openings on portals like Indeed and LinkedIn
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Support onboarding, documentation, and HR record-keeping
Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication
Help maintain attendance records and HR databases

Requirements:

Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
