HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our HR department. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of Human Resources within a fast-growing IT company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
• Post job openings on portals like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding, documentation, and HR record-keeping
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Help maintain attendance records and HR databases

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
