Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Conduct research on HR best practices and current trends
• Participate in special HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
