Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Coordinate and support employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain and update HR databases and reports
• Assist with HR operations including attendance, leaves, and HR policies
• Support in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and internal events
• Work on HR tools and software (training provided)
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
