Job Description

About the Role:

Jshine Diamond Jewellery is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement in a professional and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for HR operations.
Support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
