Business Partner

Role Overview:

As a Business Partner, you will be a core part of our strategic expansion. This is not a salaried job, but an opportunity for individuals who want to own and grow a jewellery business with the backing, designs, and support of the JShine brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of JShine in your region/territory.
• Build and manage your own client base with the support of JShine’s marketing and digital assets.
• Handle retail operations, manage customer relations, and close sales.
• Develop local promotional activities and collaborations to boost visibility and sales.
• Ensure brand standards and customer service excellence are maintained.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Business acumen to manage sales, inventory, and client servicing.
• Ability to invest time, effort, and basic infrastructure (if physical presence/store is required).
• Willingness to work on commission/profit-sharing model.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
