Role Overview: As a Business Partner , you will be a core part of our strategic expansion. This is not a salaried job, but an opportunity for individuals who want to own and grow a jewellery business with the backing, designs, and support of the JShine brand. Key Responsibilities: Act as the face of JShine in your region/territory. Build and manage your own client base with the support of JShine’s marketing and digital assets. Handle retail operations, manage customer relations, and close sales. Develop local promotional activities and collaborations to boost visibility and sales. Ensure brand standards and customer service excellence are maintained. What We’re Looking For: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for jewellery and luxury lifestyle. Strong communication and people skills. Business acumen to manage sales, inventory, and client servicing. Ability to invest time, effort, and basic infrastructure (if physical presence/store is required). Willingness to work on commission/profit-sharing model.
