For our office in Trivandrum dSPACE is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and well-rounded professionals. We are offering a position, as an HR Intern where you be part of the Human Resource department for a period of 6 months.

During an intensive induction period, your colleagues will support you to familiarize you with our processes.

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with HR teams on various aspects of talent acquisition and management.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate coordination.
• Contribute to onboarding activities for new hires.
• Support HR operations and administration tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and policies.
• Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver HR-related presentations.
• Gain hands-on experience in HR processes, including employee relations and performance management.

Your Qualifications

• MBA - HR specialization, preferably with B.Tech degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for HR and a desire to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and statutory regulations is a plus.
• Ability to analyze industry practices and propose best practices and recommendations.
• Highly creative and innovative mindset.
