Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

Sourcing resumes from job portals and social media platforms.
Posting job openings, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews.
Assisting in hiring employees for franchise outlets.

Employee Engagement
Planning and executing Fun Fridays, events, and recognition programs.

HR Administration
Maintaining attendance and updating employee databases.

Onboarding & Documentation
Preparing offer letters, induction materials, and assisting new joiners.

Learning & Development
Supporting training session and feedback collection.
