About the Internship:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, especially in Payroll and Statutory Compliance. You'll be mentored by experienced HR professionals and gain practical exposure to real-time processes.

What You Will Learn:

• Payroll Management:
• Understanding salary structure, attendance systems, salary processing, and reimbursements.
• Statutory Compliance:

Basics of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, TDS, and labor law requirements.

• HR documentation, employee records management, and HR software usage
• Assistance in onboarding and exit processes
• Exposure to internal HR audits and compliance checklists
• Real-time coordination with accounts and admin teams Key Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
