Job Description

Assist in

sourcing and screening resumes

for entry-level and frontline positions.
Support the

onboarding process

by collecting documents, preparing induction kits, and scheduling induction sessions.
Help maintain

HR records

, files, and employee databases.
Coordinate and update

attendance and leave tracking sheets

.
Assist in

coordinating interviews

and following up with candidates and hiring managers.
Support HR initiatives like

employee engagement activities

, birthday celebrations, and rewards programs.
Help draft basic

HR letters

Offer letters, Internship letters, etc.
Assist in maintaining compliance with

labour laws and HR policies

.
Participate in special HR projects as assigned by the manager.

Eligibility / Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed

MBA / BBA / PGDM in HR

or related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources, especially in the hospitality or F&B industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
A quick learner with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
