Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support in onboarding formalities and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Help in drafting HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Support in HR policy implementation and compliance documentation.
  • Assist HR team in performance review data collection and analysis.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
