Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern at BookMyHostel. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
