HR Intern

As a HR Recruiter (Intern) at Barcadly Services, your role is crucial in the talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and assessing candidates for job openings to ensure the company has a skilled and qualified workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates" skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. - Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates. - Post job openings on company career pages and external job boards. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences. - Develop relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs. - Regularly evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. - A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. - Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or related field is beneficial.
