Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment across multiple domains.
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels.
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Good understanding and experience in IT hiring.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
