HR Intern

Human Resource (HR)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thane, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
• HR: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
