Position: HR & Sales Intern Duration: 3 Months Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Pune ) Stipend: 3,000/month + Incentives About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR & Sales Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential candidates, taking regular updates, pitching our services, maintaining databases, and supporting basic recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity to gain real-time experience in both HR and Sales domains . Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with candidates for updates and status checks. Confidently pitch our services to potential clients or candidates. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases in Excel/Sheets. Support with screening resumes and coordinating interviews. Handle general recruitment and sales-related administrative tasks. Ensure professional and effective communication in English. Requirements: Must be currently based in Pune (despite the remote work setup). Good verbal and written communication skills in English . Basic knowledge of recruitment processes . Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
