Role Overview: This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building corporate partnerships and is passionate about enabling inclusive hiring. The selected candidate will work closely with IITs, IIMs, and global brands to place Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in internships and full-time roles. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strategic partnerships with HR, DEI, and CSR stakeholders across industries. Secure placement opportunities, internships, and full-time roles for students with disabilities (SWDs). Maintain and update placement trackers, outcome dashboards, and partner communications. Ensure post-placement engagement to drive candidate success and employer satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile: 2+ years in recruitment, placements, campus hiring, or corporate relations. Demonstrated success in closing placement opportunities. Strong corporate connects and stakeholder management skills. Full-time MBA (from any discipline) is mandatory. Passionate about creating social impact through equitable employment.
