Role Overview As an HR Intern at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or students pursuing HR/Management studies who are enthusiastic and motivated to kickstart their career in the HR field. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support the onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance/leave data. - Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities and events. - Aid in drafting and updating HR policies, letters, and documentation. - Provide support in performance management processes and feedback collection. - Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks. - Handle assigned day-to-day HR operational tasks efficiently. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
