Job Description

As an HR Intern at the company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your role will involve working on recruitment processes, employee engagement activities, HR operations, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. - Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintain HR databases, update employee records, and manage attendance/leave data. - Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and events. - Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, letters, and documentation. - Support performance management processes and collect feedback. - Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks. - Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
